Our philosophy is based on strong open communication, as good design can only be successfully accomplished by listening to our clients needs and goals from start to finish. By first listening and understanding these needs and goals we can in turn develop the best functional design options to meet established requirements. In turn by communicating we can also share ideas learned from previous project experiences that can best serve our client's project needs & goals. This is a proven and highly successful design and delivery method.
Covid 19 has had a significant impacts on all aspects of Professional and amateur Sports for both fans & Athletes
The future trend is paperless from entering stadiums and arenas to ordering food and beverage items on cell phones for scheduled pick-up or host delivery to your seat. Much as 9-11 caused changes to security, Covid 19 adds to security checks adding temperature checks and/or other testing, seating bowl changes will at least temporarily involve blocking off some seats and may in the future include permanently reducing the number of seats between aisles, with deeper seating treads and wider armchairs. With the exception of temperature checks and temporarily blocked seats, these changes were trending before Covid 19, now they pose a more immediate need and the future will likely see changes to the number of lavatories in restrooms and the potential of adding hand washing stations on public concourses, increasing toilet stall dividers to full walls, and adding larger urinal wing walls.
As most sports involve close contact of athletes, frequent testing is essential. Teams are experiencing sequestered bubbles with batteries of testing, and the future may include the need for greater bench spacing and perhaps even custom face masks worn during play. Many teams had already begun incorporating body monitors in and under uniforms to track individual player physical data in real time, and these types of data monitoring will likely become the norm for all sports. Larger team buildings and locker rooms with wider lockers, greater spacing of shower heads and training equipment are also likely future changes along with staggered use of equipment and spaces.
